About Rambutan Wine
Rambutan is hard to miss at a Philippine fruit stand. The red, hairy shell looks almost wild, but split it open and you find translucent white flesh around a single seed, juicy and gently floral. It is a fruit people eat standing up, sticky fingers and all, and rarely stop at one.

Serve well chilled, at 8 to 10°C. Try it with chicken inasal, tuna kinilaw or garlic butter shrimp.
